However, as with most things Downton / Midtown, if are not familiar with the area, you will discover that this building is surrounded on all 4 sides by major 1 way streets and navigating these areas can be somewhat confusing.
If you map 965 Gray St., Houston, TX 77002, this will put you right at our front door. It is easiest to park on Gray St. and enter through the street accessible exterior door.
